Welcome to the Khady Baby family! Every single baby bodysuit in our shop is custom-printed to order just for your little sprout. Because each outfit is uniquely made just for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or shipping address errors.
Before placing your order, we highly recommend checking our handy size charts on the product pages to make sure your tiny boss gets the perfect fit! 📏👶
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Oh no! If your bodysuit arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing mistake, we will gladly make it right. In these cases, we offer a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to claim a replacement or refund:
- Snap a quick, clear photo of the issue.
- Snap a photo of the barcode on the delivery packaging wrapper.
- Send both photos along with your order number to our team at hello@khadybaby.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please do not mail items back to us or to the address on the package wrapper—our printing fairies don't have a way to track them! 🧚📦
Processing Your Refund
Once your photo evidence is approved, we will process your replacement or refund immediately. Refunds will automatically be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. 💳💛
